By accepting the rental vehicle, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Renter further agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the rental period.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle, subject to any deductions for damages or other charges incurred during the rental period.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle shall only be used by the Renter or additional drivers specified in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, races, contests, or any purpose contrary to applicable laws and regulations
Termination of Rental
The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time without notice if the Renter fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
